About me

Hi, I’m Sarah, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer. I believe that nutrition, movement, and overall health should work in alignment to support a lifestyle that feels sustainable and balanced.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communication from the University of Denver and a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Metropolitan State University of Denver. I completed my dietetic internship at Children’s Hospital Colorado, where I specialized in pediatric clinical nutrition and explored various areas of nutrition including adult clinical (in-patient and out-patient), community, research, wellness, sports nutrition, and more!

My background also includes certification in pre- and postnatal fitness, though my work now spans a wide range of individuals seeking to improve energy, strength, body composition, and overall health. I specialize in strength training and foundational nutrition education, with an emphasis on helping clients understand how to fuel their bodies effectively and confidently without feeling overwhelmed or restricted.

My approach is grounded in the belief that health should integrate seamlessly into daily life. Training should feel purposeful and enjoyable, and nutrition should be both sustainable and supportive of overall wellbeing. I view food as nourishment that extends beyond fuel and encompasses culture, connection, celebration, and experience.

At the core of my practice is helping individuals build sustainable habits that support long-term health, strength, and resilience so they can feel capable and confident, not just today, but for years to come.
